「滴滴答答」這個下雨的聲音，接連幾天全台墮入「失望濕冷」，除冷空氣持續影響，華南雲雨區的東移，也讓將來幾天雨勢更強下一直。

從18日開始的全台積累雨量，近五天以來狂下，北部、東北部、中部山區出現一大塊「暗紫色」，再憑據景象形象局統計，本年1月起頭到2／21，大台北地域降雨天數，52天內有46天是雨天，換句話說，只有6天沒下雨，就已沖破1999年以來1-2月的新記載。
全台陰雨綿綿，今年52天內已下了46天的雨，僅有6天沒下，創下1999年1-2月以來的新記載，而現階段又受冷氣團和華南雲雨區影響，雨生怕要到週三晚上後才會暫緩。

到底雨要下多久，景象形象局預估，週三晚上華南雨區逐步分開，中南部、離島才會休止降雨，至於迎風面的北部、東半部，則要比及週五轉乾。
景象形象局長鄭明典；「『雨水』這個骨氣跟清明之間的關係，我們是沒有正式的統計，春雨是對照難測的，可是它斷斷續續城市有，不會說像客歲是一個很極真個。」

景象形象局預報員黃恩鴻：「到星期四的時刻，因為整體中南部降雨景象都已減緩了，剩下山區有些零散降雨，只有在北部地域有些降雨環境，所以在北部的高溫照舊持續在15度閣下，那其它地方的話，大致上在星期四白天都可以回升到20度閣下。」
氣象局預告員黃恩鴻：「到了週三的晚上，這個水氣顯著就有逐步在削減，降雨情形都邑減緩，首要是在迎風面的北部、東半部，仍是有些局部短暫雨。」
