原po糾結「要買台北市1200萬以內的20-30坪的老公寓，照樣去林口、桃園買相對金額的新大樓」，除此以外，他也說自己身上只有50萬元不敷頭期款，好奇該不應拿大安區的房子去貸款，直接買新居？不知道哪種作法才可讓本身資產翻倍。
