Furthermore, the product MJ-05M06G03A-NF - one of the most popular today - is 1.5kg light, has high features, and is simple to install, with frequency levels ranging from 500MHz to 6GHz, 3DBi. 假如延續呈現打嗝的情況，藥師也有建議各人可使用3種方式，打斷正常呼吸模式法：暫時憋氣以毀壞正常呼吸，減緩打嗝。冰涼冷卻法：喝冷水或用冷水漱口刺激鼻咽及食道，以減緩打嗝。抵制橫膈刺激法：打嗝時蹲下抱膝，榨取胸部給橫膈壓力，也能夠改良打嗝。藥師也提醒，假如以上方式都沒有效，可以服用藥物來改善，若是去除打嗝的可能緣由後，仍無改良且延續48小時，藥師建議可以就診處置，但也暗示不必擔心，因為打嗝是可以恢復的。

打嗝是通俗的心理現象，但打嗝打得不斷，卻很有可能影響我們的生涯。藥師玲玲在臉書上分享，有位女子去藥物諮詢，並表示自己是總機小姐，工作內容就是接聽德律風，但最近卻常打嗝打不斷，讓她在接聽德律風時很尷尬，是以扣問該怎麼處理。

藥師表示，打嗝是種非自主、間歇性的橫膈肌與肋間肌痙攣性縮短，打嗝的環境可能斷斷續續，也有可能會延續數周。

而引發打嗝的緣由有許多，常見的有6種：

1. 與飲食有關，多是吃太多、吃太甜；

2. 和人體有關，可能是迷走神經或膈神經異常；

3. 和腸胃道疾病有關，可能是胃脹、胃炎、消化性潰瘍或是胃癌等；

6. 和藥物有關，有服用類固醇、苯二氮平類平靜安眠藥、中樞神經系統鎮靜劑巴比妥類藥物，都有可能引起打嗝。

後來女子透露表現最近有服用安眠藥，且腸胃常感到不適，有脹氣的感覺，再加上最近經常打嗝，讓她備感困擾。藥師也與女子確認安息藥和腸胃不適的時候，再比對女子打嗝的時候，發現兩者是吻合的，所以女子的打嗝狀況，可能與服用安息藥引發的腸胃不適有關。
